August 2014 Favorites

Unlike last month, August –at least for me- went incredibly fast! I have been on the run for my new Job and it’s been crazy. The only two things I regret this month, is that I didn’t have time to go to the gym and I didn’t write enough for my blog! I have 10 favorites this month … let’s get to them

Catrice Nail Polish in the Shade The GlamoureX Factor

The Catrice nail polishes are of a very good quality, they stay at least 2 days with no shipping. The shade is great for a half moon nail base or a French nail base or an accent nail, it also can be worn alone.

Nail Polish in the shade Midnight Blue

I have it on my nails today, and all I can say is that I am in LOVE. The quality is surprisingly good and I am really loving this satin finish .The only thing I am not fond of is that I didn’t find it in a bigger size.

Essence Nail Polish in the shade Do you speak Love?

This dark apple red is perfect for a classic red nail look, very grown up. The essence nail polish might not be as strong as the Catrice, but for the price it’s doing a great job.

Catrice Caligraph Eyeliner

Nikkie Tutorials from YouTube had mentioned this in one of her favorites videos, which encouraged me to try it. I love how ultra slim and stiff the tip is, makes winged eyeliner easier 10 times.

Catrice All around Concealer

I finally found a concealer palette that is both affordable and available in Egypt. I love how there are multiple skin tone concealer; I use it on my friends when I do their makeup. It does crease a little bit, but the right primer … you got yourself a right palette girl!

Maybelline Great Lash Mascara in the shade blackest black

I got this off ASOS late July as well, after I heard tons of good reviews from Vogue editors, Bloggers and Makeup Artists. This little mascara is such a magical tool, it give big lashes that still looks natural.

ASOS Wayfarer Sunglasses

I never get expensive shades because I end smashing them in my purse, maybe when I grow older I will start doing that. I have always been all about the oversized 70’s glasses, but people always complemented how wayfarers looked on me so I said I’d give it a try and I LOVE it.

NEW LOOK nude bag

As I said, it’s been a crazy month; and this bag has been such a great help. It’s so big and it fits everything, I even traveled for a weekend with it and a big bag for my clothes. I love the leather details on the nude … makes it look expensive.

Vivani Cranberry dark chocolate

Even though I didn’t go to the gym this month, I am still keeping my food healthy and clean. I have munched through two boxes of this chocolate and it’s heavenly.

Jumia Chic Blog

 Discover

I have to be a little bit biased when it comes to this, come on people it’s my new job. I would love you all to check the Jumia Chic blog, it’s somewhere between an online magazine and a persona blog.  Log on www.jumiachic.com, I would love to see your comments.

And you? What did you love this month?

Steve Madden Wish List

I got the idea for this post from one of my favorite fashion bloggers idressmyselff . She has a Top Shop wish list as well as an ASOS shoe wish list. I love Steve Madden and I think his brand is really stylish and kind of luxurious without totally breaking the bank. Since we don't have a store in Egypt yet, I spend a lot of time loving stuff on the website and I thought I would share them with you. In case anyone reading this and would like to buy me a gift anytime, or you just wanna flip through some awesome shoes and bags.

I think I might have a black problem ... #lol :p
